Shipping & Returns

your shipping package

Packages are usually shipped the next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via different carriers with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature required, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping option you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges as well as shipping charges. The handling fees are fixed, while the transportation fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

RETURNS

Change of size : If you require a change of size, you can request the change of size totally free, you will have 7 days from the date you received the product to request the change.* *Does not apply to products in the offers section .

Return by default : In the event that you receive your shoes with a factory defect or they present any detail derived solely and exclusively from this same process, you will have 7 days from the time you receive the shoe to report it and send it, it is important that the product It is in the original box and in the condition in which it was sent to you.

Procedure: Send us an email to Luberly1@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+52 899 956 5650) indicating your order number. We will send you a tracking number so you can send us the order you want to change. You have 3 business days after receiving the tracking number to take your order to the courier. Once you have received your package and confirm that it is in the same conditions as it was sent, you will receive an email with a coupon code. This coupon will be generated with the value of the returned product to be able to purchase the product again or with the correct size in the online store. How long does it take to make the change? if it is in our inventory from 2 to 5 business days

CANCELLATIONS.
